Special Funding Awarded to South Arkansas Agencies

28 Critical Service Agencies in Arkansas have received funding from the Carl B. and Florence E. King foundation of Dallas.
EL DORADO -- Out of those 28 agencies, two of them being funded are in South Arkansas.

One of the grant recipients, Life Touch of El Dorado, says that this funding is essential to them being able to provide certain medical services.

The King Foundation provides grants in the areas of aging, indigent  people, the arts, youth and children, along with education.

"With this grant, Life Touch is going to be able to complete our entire care team's ability to communicate with one another with real time information, as well as, update records while they are out in the field," says Cowling.
