South Arkansas Business Owners Dealing With Vandalism

A South Arkansas pastor is speaking out after his church was hit by vandals. His church was among those vandalized this past weekend.
EL DORADO, AR -- Two El Dorado businesses and a church were the targets of vandals this past weekend, spray painted with graffiti.

"I couldn't believe it really," says Green.

Preacher of Victory Bible Church, Dr. Robert Green, says he is fed up with it.

"First of all, as a pastor, they need to receive Jesus as their Savior and then get with some mentors that will tell them about Jesus, and then, take some responsibility," says Green.

Green says one of the women in the neighborhood says she spotted the boys spray painting another church.

"She said that she saw a group of boys, that painted another church, and another building," says Green.

Captain of the El Dorado Police Department, Kevin Holt, says they are doing what they can to find who is doing this.

"We're still trying to increase our patrols. We're trying to get out with that's anyone walking in the area, since these incidents have taken place. So that we can try to find somebody that may have seen something or heard something. As well as, just trying to narrow down an age group of we are actually looking for," says Holt.
