Serial Flasher Released From Jail, Sent to Louisiana

A man with a history of exposing himself to women and teen girls has been released from lockup early and told to get out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

NBC News -- Cincinnati, OH (WLWT)-- A man with a history of exposing himself to women and teen girls has been released from lockup early and told to get out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

Josiah Day was arrested back in December for a series of incidents.

 

Day was accused of following two girls around the Blue Ash Target store and exposing himself.

 

On the same day, he was accused of following a 13-year-old girl through Madeira in his car, also while exposing himself.

 

He was indicted on charges including felony public indecency, menacing by stalking and child enticement.

 

Day plead guilty to three counts of public indecency, but it was the sentence he agreed to that makes this case unusual.
