MONROE-WEST MONROE, LA -- The USA Pickleball Association (USAPA) is set to host the 6th Annual Mid-South Regional Tournament at the University of Louisiana at Monroe May 30- June 1.
Over 2,000 players will travel to the Twin Cities to compete. Players will travel from the Mid-South Region States of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Mississippi, as well Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Pickleball is a fast-paced court game that can be played by people of all ages. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a perforated ball and wooded paddles.
The tournament will include mens/womens, singles/doubles, and mixed doubles positions. Games will be played at the ULM Activity Center. Admission is free, and the public is both invited and encouraged to attend.
