Arkansas Home Sales Increase for Month of July

Arkansas REALTORS® experienced an increase in the number of homes sold statewide in July as reflected in a report distributed by the Arkansas Realtors® Association this morning.

LITTLE ROCK - Press Release - Arkansas REALTORS® experienced an increase in the number of homes sold statewide in July as reflected in a report distributed by the Arkansas Realtors® Association this morning. The number of homes sold in July increased by over ten percent while the average price of those homes sold decreased by slightly more than 2 percent in July. The average price of the homes sold in the 43 county area surveyed by the Association decreased from $167,407 in July 2013 to $163,573 in July 2014. Statewide valuations in July increased by over 8 percent from last year.
