Smoke Laval Interviews for Vacant ULM Baseball Gig

Could a familiar face return to Northeast Louisiana?

Sources tell NBC 10 Sports that former ULM head coach Smoke Laval interviewed for the vacant baseball gig, that was left open when Bruce Peddie was fired at the end of the season.

He led the Warhawks from 1994-00, while taking the 1995 squad to an NCAA regional.

Recently, Laval was the skipper at North Florida for six seasons, before being let go by the Ospreys in May.
