Caldwell's London is running down records as Spartans head to playoffs

COLUMBIA, La. - Caldwell football is headed to the post season after having an incredible turnaround season for the program, finishing the regular season with a 8-2 overall record. That came after the Spartans had won just 3 games in their 3 previous seasons. The reason for the big turnaround isn't hard to find either. Running behind a seasoned and imposing line, senior running back Eric London has enjoyed a record breaking season. Through the first ten games, London has rushed for an incredible 2,456 yards and 36 touchdowns, adding 147 yards receiving and 2 receiving touchdowns and one kickoff return. London has already broken the schools the schools single season rushing record which was held by Donny Brooks for the past 17 years.

Caldwell hits the field Friday night when they host Madison Prep.
