Jindal Pressing White House for More Details of Immigrant Children Living in Louisiana

Baton Rouge -- Governor Bobby Jindal is pressing the White House for more information on the 1,071 unaccompanied immigrant children that are now living in Louisiana.

In his letter, Jindal says he learned of the children on the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services website.

The website state that sponsors in Louisiana received 1,071 unaccompanied children since January.

Louisiana Senator David Vitter is also blasting the White House by saying the Obama administration is hiding numbers about how many unaccompanied immigrant children are in Louisiana
