Arkansas AG Rejects Wording to Marijuana Proposal

Little Rock -- The Arkansas Attorney General is rejecting the working of a proposed constitutional amendment that would legalize marijuana in the state.

Dustin McDaniel says the measure by Arkansans for Medical Cannabis contains ambiguities in its text.

Supporters of the proposal need approval of the ballot wording before they can begin collecting signatures in an effort to put the issue on the ballot.
