Arkansas AG Rejects Wording of Ballot Aiming to Legalize Marijuana

Little Rock -- The Arkansas Attorney General is rejecting the wording of a proposal that would allow residents to vote on the legalization of marijuana.

Dustin McDaniel said the measure by Arkansans for Medical Cannabis contains ambiguities in its text.

The group needs the wording of the ballot approved before they can collect signatures.
