Little Rock -- Big votes are coming for health care this week at the state capitol.

The house is expected to vote tomorrow on continuing the private option medicaid expansion.

If it passes there, which is no guarantee, it will move to the senate Wednesday.

Right now, it appears the support is not enough in the senate, but that could change later this week.

State senator Jonathan Dismang, R-Searcy, says negotiations will continue to try and get the private option approved and keep the session as short as possible.
