Ambassador John Bolton Endorses Tom Cotton For U.S. Senate

Little Rock -- (Press Release) Ambassador John Bolton has announced his support of Tom Cotton for United States Senate in Arkansas. Cotton is one of only two U.S. Senate candidates Ambassador Bolton has endorsed this year. Bolton was the 25th U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and served under President George W. Bush.

Ambassador John Bolton said: "With a Senate victory in Arkansas from Congressman Tom Cotton, a GOP rising star and veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, I am confident the Republican Party will win back control of the Senate and turn back the clock on six years of botched Obama policies at home and abroad."

Cotton thanked Ambassador Bolton for his support, saying: "I am grateful for the support of respected leaders like Ambassador Bolton. President Obama's policies have made America weaker at home and less safe abroad. As a U.S. Senator, I will support policies that strengthen America's military and make us more prosperous here at home.

Ambassador John Bolton also announced his intention to contribute to Cotton's Senate campaign through John Bolton PAC, which was founded by Ambassador Bolton to raise the importance of American national security in federal elections. The PAC supports candidates for federal office who are committed to restoring strong American economic and national security.
