West Monroe -- Senator Landrieu takes heat for a new ad, millions are raised for the U.S. Senate campaign and Jindal finishes last in a new poll.

Senator Mary Landrieu released a new ad called 'Will Not Rest". In it she talks about how she's fought for Louisiana residents and touts her new Chairmanship of the Energy Committee. But a part of the ad re-enacts a Senate hearing from last year. Republicans pounced, calling the ad a 'misdirection campaign".

The Landrieu campaign says they had no choice but to recreate the hearing because of Senate ethics rules.

Speaking of the Senate, in the last round of fundraising numbers, the Landrieu Senate campaign announced they raised $1.8 million during the first quarter of 2014. Landrieu says she has $7.5 million on hand.

Republican Bill Cassidy's campaign says they've raised more than $1.2 million for the same quarter and has more than $5 million in the bank.

A new Fox News poll looks at the top GOP picks for the 2016 Presidential race.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul lead the list. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal finished last in the poll.
