West Monroe -- According to a new poll by Public Policy Polling, Governor Jindal's approval ratings in Louisiana are pretty low. The poll finds only 32 percent of voters approve of the job Jindal is doing to 56 percent who disapprove.

In another poll of Louisiana voters, the race for the 2016 GOP Presidential nomination is wide open. Ted Cruz leads the way with 19 percent. Jeb Bush and Mike Huckabee follow closely behind with 17 percent each. Governor Jindal comes in fourth with 12 percent.

And in Arkansas, Congressman Tom Cotton leads incumbent Senator Mark Pryor in a new poll. In the Impact Management Group poll, Cotton is leading Pryor 47 to 43 percent. 10 percent are undecided.
