An unseasonably strong Arctic cold front will move into the area tomorrow morning.
Behind the front, temperatures will likely stay steady or slowly fall through much of Tuesday afternoon. Along with colder air, northerly winds will be gusty between 15-20 mph with gusts as high as 30 mph.
By Tuesday night, temperatures should slip quickly into the 30s.
Most of our viewing area will see near freezing or sub-freezing temperatures for Wednesday and Thursday morning.
Proper precautions should be taken to protect outdoor pets and tender vegetation that can be damaged by cold temperatures.
