Apple Hummus Wrap 

Per 8 inch wrap:
4 tbsp Hummus
5 slices fresh apple
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 strips grilled chicken
1/4 cup chopped green onions or chopped purple onion
1 cup shredded greens of your choice (spinach or lettuce)

Lay wrap on counter, spread hummus down center. Arrange other ingredients on top. Roll tightly.
Great by itself but a nice caesar dressing would be a good to dip it in.
