WASHINGTON POST - (02/04/18) An Amtrak train that was headed to Miami collided with a CSX Freight Train in Cayce, South Carolina. Two people are dead and over 100 people are injured.

The Lexington County coroner identified the victims as the train’s engineer, Michael Kempf, 54, of Savannah, Ga., and conductor Michael Cella, 36, of Orange Park, Fla.
This is the third Amtrak crash in less than three months. The causes of those crashes are still under investigation.
