Police searching for attempted murder suspect

MONROE, La. - Monroe Police need your help finding a man accused of attempted second degree murder.

Officials say the shooting took place in the 2300 block of Desiard Street Tuesday night, September 12, 2017, around 11:00 p.m.

Edzavion Miller, 25, has been identified as the suspect involved in the shooting.

Officers say the victim was shot multiple times and was transported to a local hospital where they received treatment for their injuries.

An arrest warrant has been obtained for Miller on one count of Attempted 2nd degree murder.
