Ouachita Parish SCAT team arrests three on drug charges

MONROE - A traffic stop in Monroe leads to the arrest of three people.

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Special Crimes Apprehension Team (SCAT) conducted the stop on Gilbert Street. The follow-up investigation and search led to the discovery of 3 grams of Marijuana, 19 grams of Crack, 2 oz. of Cocaine, 13 tablets of Alprazolam, $2,178 in cash, and a previously stolen handgun.

39-year-old Lamon D. Warren, 31-year-old Tiffany Washington and 47-year-old Eric Blanche were booked into the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center on a number of charges. 

Warren has since bonded out and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
