EXCLUSIVE: Executive Officer approved to take Monroe Police Chief exam

MONROE, La. - The Monroe Civil Service Board has made a unanimous decision to approve Executive Officer Reginald Brown to take the Police Chief Exam.

After the controversy of his name being scratched off the list to take the exam, he will be added back on along with 13 other candidates.

KTVE/KARD reporter Randall Newsome has an exclusive reaction from Detective Reggie Brown and his attorneys on what this mean's for the race to name Monroe's next top cop.
