BENTON, Ark. (KARK) - An Arkansas woman has been arrested after being accused of causing injury to a 6-month-old she was babysitting earlier this year.
Saline County Jail records show Torrie Jones, 29, was booked Wednesday morning on a charge of Battery, 1st Degree (felony).
Investigators believe Jones is responsible for blunt force trauma inflicted on Ryder Kilburn in early February.
The Saline County Prosecutor's Office says Jones has been given a $20,000 sheriff's bond and is due in court on May 8.
We first reported the story last month when the child's parents called police after the child was taken to the hospital and remained there for a week.

A CAT scan showed Ryder suffered a skull fracture. The boy's discharge diagnosis read "child physical abuse."
They said he was hit over the head multiple times with a flat object," Briar (the child's father) explained. "He had shaken baby syndrome, bleeding on the brain, and bleeding behind his eyes."
When Briar and Nadine Kilburn were told in February that criminal charges would likely not be filed, they told us they would be filing a civil lawsuit. The case was still under investigation at that time.
