People are resorting to trading the little they have left for a bottle of water for their families, but there is a way to help.

The Central Mississippi United for Puerto Rico Organization is having a disaster relief drive this Saturday in Vicksburg, MS.

"A group of Puerto Rican friends here in Vicksburg, Jackson, Yazoo City, and nearby areas are joining efforts with the Houston, Texas Puerto Rican community to collect much needed emergency supplies to send to Puerto Rico. We are reaching out for your help in this time of need and devastation. Supplies will be delivered to proper shelters and centers that will make sure items are delivered to those who need it the most."
