Books-A-Million will host a book signing on Friday, February 28th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for nationally, acclaimed Louisiana author Ernest Hill.

Mr. Hill will sign copies of his, A Person of Interest which was recently released in mass market edition.

The author of six novels, Mr. Hill received extensive accolades for his award winning debut novel, Satisfied with Nothin’, which was published in 1992, and made its way onto required reading lists at universities across the country.  Other books penned by Mr. Hill include A Life for a Life, Cry Me a River, It’s All About The Moon When The Sun Ain’t Shining, and Family Ties.

Hill was born and raised in Oak Grove, Louisiana. He holds degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, Cornell University, and UCLA. His writing has captivated fans across the nation and has established him as one of the most prominent voices chronicling the African American experience.

A former Writer-in-Residence at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Mr. Hill currently resides in north Louisiana and is at work on his seventh book.
