NBC News (WLEX) A Kentucky man accused of shooting his brother three times and dragging the body for more than a mile pleaded not guilty in court Monday.
Vernon Saunders is charged with murder, abuse of a corpse and evidence tampering.
Prosecutors say 10,000 rounds of ammunition were found in Vernon Saunder's home along with more than 40 firearms. They said he's a risk to society and asked that bond be set at a minimum of $500,000.
Court documents stated Saunders admitted to shooting an "intruder" three times before dragging him.
