pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Patricia Minaldi, to possession with intent to
distribute methylenedioxypyrovalerone and methylone.

on June 26, 2012. After observing Daniel Oliver sign for the package, they detained
Daniel Oliver and Verna Oliver and searched the home. Various quantities of bath
salts, scales, and bags were found.
The defendants each face up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine, and at least
three years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute a controlled
substance. Sentencing is set for June 26, 2014.
