Former LSU Linebacker Tahj Jones Shot; Remains In Serious Condition

SULPHUR, LA (NBC33) - Sulphur police are investigating a shooting that injured former LSU Linebacker Tahj Jones.
Police were called to an apartment complex on the 1800 block of Beglis Parkway Friday night.
Authorities said Jones was shot in the stomach and taken to a local hospital. Then he was transferred to the ICU of Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria for surgery Saturday morning. He's in serious condition.
Police arrested another former LSU football player Brandon Winey. He is charged with attempted second degree murder. His bond is set for $1,000,000.
The investigation is on-going.
