MONROE -- Spring is in full bloom at the Monroe Civic Center!
The Junior League of Monroe's annual Spring Market kicked off on Friday.
They have nearly 100 vendors with everything from home decor to childrens clothing.
It's the biggest fundraiser for the Junior League. Money raised will be used to support various community projects, so your money to enter the market goes right back into your community.
"We have a charter school that we fund -- all uniforms, all supplies for the children there and then we also do a lot of day events where we go into the community and do service hours with also $5,000 grants. We also give about $30,000 in cash back to the community in grants," said Denise Simpson with the Junior League.
The market runs through Sunday. Click here for more information: www.jlmonroe.org/spring-market
