This Glow Run course will lead participants through stations where they can be sprayed with glow water, while grooving to top 40 music.
After the race, there will be an after party with more dancing, food, music and fun.
All the proceeds will be going to the children's hospital.
Chair of the Glow Run, Daryl Parker, says the Arkansas Children's Hospital saved his daughter's life, and is still helping her to this day.
