Allergies can be a major disruption in quality of life this time of year as they can interfere with sleep, outdoor activities, and even performance in school.
According to a recent survey, more than half of allergy sufferers using an over-the-counter allergy medicine are not fully satisfied with the relief it provides. It’s time to find your best defense against spring allergies.
Nancy Lieberman is one of the millions of Americans suffering from allergy symptoms each year and knows firsthand how disruptive these symptoms can be. She also knows that the “Full Court Press” is the most effective defense against her range of nasal allergy symptoms.
Specifically she follows three steps in managing her allergies:
1)Know your opponent: Understand what causes hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies, and what happens in your body when exposed to environmental allergens, is critical.
2)Have a game plan: Be aware of when and where pollen and other allergen levels will be highest and take steps to reduce your exposure.
3)Defend: Look for an over-the-counter medicine that targets more of the chemical responses your body has to allergens and relieves a full range of nasal allergy symptoms.
