El Dorado Residents Say They're Tired of Violence
EL DORADO -- Alderman Willie McGhee had Earlene Burns speak to the council and residents in attendance about an upcoming conference at the end of the month.
This Stop the Violence conference will be held in El Dorado, June 22nd through the 28th, with a focus on youth and domestic violence.
Burns says it is time for the city to take control and ownership of all of the violent acts that have been occurring.
"We have been having so many violent activities going on, murders, shootings, and stabbings," says Burns.
