Baton Rouge -- The Jindal administration is working with the teacher's union that filed a lawsuit over the tenure law.

The 2012 law makes it tougher for teachers to reach the job protection status.

The Louisiana Federation of Teachers says preliminary conversations have been held but no agreement yet.

Changes could be considered in the upcoming legislative session.
